I am glad so many have had good experiences with this company, but I am only speaking from personal experience. The school district I work for decided to use this company for sports apparel. In September of 2021, I ordered 6 items, the order was confirmed, and was told to watch for an email regarding shipping. A few weeks later, I received only 1 item. I sent an email in December to inquire about the others and a new person had taken over the business. I was told that 2 of those items were no longer available and was issued a refund for those items. For the remaining items, I was told they would be finished within the week and shipped to me. A week later, I only received 1 item. So, I sent yet another email asking about those items and was told they were shipped- so I decided to just wait and see if they would show up as I know there have been issues with mail. After waiting and waiting some more, I sent yet another email regarding those items and was told that they were shipped, but I never received them. The decided to issue me a refund and since it had been an extended period of time since the order was placed, I was told I would have to have a check issued instead of refunding the card on file that was used to order the items in the first place. To sum all of this up, I still haven't received a refund and only received 2 items out of 6 that were ordered in the first place. I will NEVER use this company for anything again.
